looks good but not functional. drink glass slides on the metal. if you use the cork side instead it absorbs condensation, but the metal can scratch tables. do not like. would like an absorbable stone type with design.

I love the Steelers, and I like the design of the coasters and neat little tin they come in, but the coasters aren't very high quality. They're pretty flimsy; they stick to the bottom of a wet cup or can easily (and then fall off mid-sip), and they scratch easy. On the plus side they're cheap, but you're getting what you pay for. If they made stone coasters of these, I'd buy them in an instant. Don't expect these ones to last through a single season.
Oh. And they come with a warning sticker that the coasters contain a chemical known to cause cancer. How nice.

I was very disappointed when my Steeler coasters arrived with a warning that they were made with materials that can cause cancer. It would have been nice to know this before I bought them. I definitely would not have purchased them had I known! How are vendors still permitted to sell such things? Or better yet, why would they want to sell these items to their customers?

This was a stocking stuffer for my husband for Christmas and he couldn't wait to use his new coasters!
